etagenpresse 02The closed multiplaten press reduces the floor space required for cheese pressing lines to a third or less, compared to conventional systems.

FLEXIBLE DESIGN

The multiplaten presses consist of several stacked pressing levels. Depending on the height of the production environment up to 5 pressing levels can be achieved. The system can be designed purely as a multiplaten press, as a multiplaten press mould store, or as a combination of both. A typical multiplaten press can accommodate a total of 480 cheese moulds in the pressing area and 1.320 moulds in the storage area.

INTEGRATED CIP-SYSTEM

etagenpresse 01The multiplaten presses are designed as closed constructions in exemplary hygienic design, with fully integrated CIP-system. This ensures the highest standard of hygiene with complete elimination of perspiration water and thermal and odour dissipation during CIP-cleaning. Neither cleaning detergent nor whey are wasted. There is no waste water contamination.
All pressing cylinders and compressed-air pipings are made entirely of stainless steel. The flexible system configuration allows pressing at one level while CIP-cleaning is taking place at another level. The loading lifts operate for all levels of the multiplaten press.

The multiplaten presses can be used for the total range of cutting cheese, including blocks, loafs etc.
The multiplaten presses can be customised to individual customer needs, also for flexible production processes respectively small charges.
