Mould stacking, turning an oscillating systemJamming of the cheeses in their moulds is a frequent source of interference during the production of light or minimal pressed cheese. Müller has developed a unique and patented system.

LESS WASTAGE
Incorrect formed cheeses cause problems during discharging, maturing and packaging.
They involve losses of raw and packaging material and increase costs in terms of cleaning, personnel, handling and shipment. Depending on the cheese type the losses may amount up to 20%.


EXACT SHAPING
In our turning device the stacked cheese moulds are turned upside down and handed over to the oscillating table where they are exposed to an accurately defined oscillation frequency. The oscillations release jammed or twisted cheeses and reposition them correctly in their moulds.
The correct position in the mould ensures correct developing of the cheese rind and perfect shaping of the cheese for the processes that follow.
